As mgr of 4th Incoming QSL Bureau, single letter prefix, I get a few emails 
weekly
from DXers asking about SASE & card status at the bureau.  Once in a while 
I'll
get tangled up in one of those spam filters wanting me to do something out 
of the
ordinary so my email will go through.  I don't cotton to that.  I am sorry 
for the OMs
who do this.  You ask me a question you should open the gate to receive an 
answer.
