Hi Terry,
 
Got AY1ZA via regular mail to LU4DXU. No problems. But, experince of
other QSLs from Horacio, I send recommend to send registered now  with 
2 USD. High postage rates in Argentina.

No luck with LU1ZA - send to Horacio and to LU2CN.
