[Dx-qsl] FP/K9OT contest logs now on LOTW

I uploaded Paul FP/K9OT's contest logs to LOTW. A few non-contest QSOs
were added to the DX4WIN file and are included. If you need a
confirmation via LOTW for a non-contest QSO, please email me at
kb9lie at yahoo.com with the details. I will check the handwritten logs
then add the QSO to the DX4WIN log and upload it.

Paul's handwriting is hard for me or anyone but himself to read. He
will have to do the data entry himself if he wants all the paper logs
put on computer. Lance VK6DU requested an LOTW confirmation and now
should have it. That's what started this: if I was going to do Lance's
I was also going to do the contest logs already in the computer.
