I've had relatively good luck with LoTW also. Again, mostly 
contesters. I currently have 2169 hits on LoTW for about 14,000 QSOs, 
or roughly 15.5%.

I wonder if the League will ever go all-out with LoTW and make 
uploading either mandatory for ARRL contests, automatically post all 
submitted ARRL contest logs to LoTW or offer hefty bonus points to 
those who upload to LoTW within a given timeframe of the contests' 
completion? Seems to me, if they want LoTW to take off, they need to 
give those not on the "leading edge" a reason to take the plunge, and 
at the same time, make getting certified and active a lot simpler, 
especially for DX stations.
