Victor is UA2 QSL bureau manager.
Anything that used to go via DL drop box, 
is much faster this way.

I'm not sure how I did this.
I 'think' I sent a request to UA2FB for help in getting a UA2 card.
Apparently he found my call in various logs. However it happened, thank
you Victor for your help, the cards, and all the 
nice stamps.

The mailman hasn't been good to me lately, and these cards did make my
