Well,

Looks like Royal Mail here in the UK are trying to go out of business
- Hi Hi !!

To take effect from April 2nd 2007, they have announced a viscious
range of price increases - not only for internal mail but for overseas
as well.

These coupled with the very low US$ exchange rate [unless things
change dramatically] will mean that Requests for direct QSL's from EU
[including Russia] made to the UK will require $2 as one will no
longer cover the postage.

It would also appear that RM have scrapped Surface Mail to the USA
which means that if insufficient postage is enclosed it will have to
be Buro....however they also seem to have reintroduced Surface Mail to
EU ...............Crazy !!
