Yes, I agree. If the operator of a club station gives his own call
while we are in QSO, I will record the call and confirm the QSO for
his personal call if I receive a QSL later from him. But if he just
says on his card that he was the operator, with nothing in my log to
show for it, he is N-I-L. I too have received cards from German ops
this way.
