Card sent toUA0FM  ---  NIKOLAI SHELOKOV BOX 37 VLADIMIR 600000, RUSSIA
Returned in my envelope just now- BOX 37 circled in pen.
Stamp on envelope above address says " RETOUR  INCONNU 3"     Whatever that
means.
There is also a sticker on the back of the envelope printed CNPABKA Then
some writing which I am unable to read (as if I know what cnpabka means
either).  Buck and QRZ and several entries in Google are all saying the same
as the address I used.  Anyone know what all this is about?  Darn - waste of
a US stamp as well as a now "late" IRC
Has anyone sent him a card lately, and received one back?
