[Dx-qsl] Update on 6O0JT Cards

For those waiting for cards from 6O0JT, here is an update from Joe VA6MJT:
I am currently in western Sudan, not far from the Chad border. Conditions on 
the Chad side are becoming more difficult as each day passes and conditions 
here in western Sudan are still very bad so my return to Canada may not be 
that far off.
It has always been my intention to QSL all 6O0JT reports, direct and bureau. 
It had been made clear that ALL bureau cards would be QSLed when I had time, 
priority was given to ALL direct reports.
All bureau cards have been in storage since April but cards received at the 
Bowden address are being handled by a friend.
