reports RA0FF, Eugene.

You should have tried QSL bureau. 
Takes two years, but eventually comes back.

I have sent at least three times for the 3W5FM
QSL Card over the past years, using the Address
listed in QRZ.COM. The Operator was Nikolai, UA0FM.
Does anyone know of a better address for UA0FM?
Does anyone know if UA0FM has an eMail address?
