I received a card today for a 80 meter contact with Remi, FK8CP, and 
he is looking for some info on the following and here is what he 
wrote. I am only posting here because I am unsure where else to post ?

Dear Friend,
	I have two problems and it is impossible to obtain information, etc. 
here in New Caledonia. I want to get back on 160m but I have a 
problem with my two 3CS800A7 tubes.

	Although these triodes have only a few hundred hours ( Probably 600) 
of operation they are no longer working due to a mechanical , not 
electrical, problem.  Two pins on one triode (3:Cathode, 5:Heater) 
are broken and the anode on the other triode is broken due to corrosion.

	Is it at all possible to re solder the pins and if so using what technique ?

	If it is impossible to re solder I am looking for a source at a 
CHEAP price ( old but in good order).

	The second problem I have is with my FT100-D fan which is broken. 
The Yaesu part number is M2090009. Unfortunately this fan is no 
longer available thru Yaesu and I am looking for a source or if 
someone has a FT100-D for parts I could salvage one off of ?
