Hi Wes!

The 9Q0AR license expired in March 2005, and since that time
there has been no legal activity at all from Congo-Kinshasa.

Gus, SM5DIC; worked a few contacts from 9Q0AR, a clubstation,
after March 2005 by mistake. When he came back from a vacation
in Sweden he was not informed that the license had expired.

Gus is still in Congo-Kinshasa (together with ON5NT and a couple
of more hams working for UN), and has been working on the
licensing problem for more than a year now without luck so far.
But he doesn't give up, and I'm sure that there will be activity again
in a not too distant future.
