[Dx-qsl] 9Q0AR 2005 QSO Rejected from ARRL DXCC

Hello,

I just received my ARRL DXCC app on 8-28 (it was sent in on 7-2, so it is a 
long backlog) and I got the 9Q0AR QSO on 10m SSB on 2-28-04 accepted (which 
was by SM5DIC as stated on QRZ.com), but the one on 12m SSB on 2-13-05 was 
rejected.

Does anyone know who was at 9Q0AR for the 2005 date and if they will send in 
the doc to ARRL?

I appreciate any help.
