[Dx-qsl] DXCC processing time

I just received the cards for my 22 June 06 submission to the DXCC desk. 
The actual processing to posting the results on my LotW account was right
at a month.  While that seems like a long time it is pretty good
considering the volume of apps they received trying to beat the rate
increase.  

The card return (via registered mail) took a total of 2 months and a week
until receipt.  That seemed long but alttle over two weeks was lost to the
USPS transport.  So if you have a submission in queue or planning to mail
one that is roughly the amount of time it will take.

I know some will want to get the YU6 on their total ASAP. So plan
accordingly.  They got a whole pile of applications ahead of you.  With the
small staff and their vacation time, it will take a while to work down the
backlog.
