Well, it was sometime when I was living in Toronto and didn't know 
from Dee Exxx. I was only really active on local repeaters back then 
due to living in apartments with strict antenna prohibitions the 
whole time. It was a Big Deal when I could operate HF from a club 
station at Centennial College or a friend's QTH.

I DO distinctly remember seeing BS7, though, and thinking it was no 
big deal, and why would Scarboro(ugh) even qualify.
