Did you try his email er1da at qsl.net  ?   Look at his web site 
http://www.qsl.net/er1da/   check out that HW101 !  I didn't send for
his 
card but I have MANY other ER QSLs unsolicited via the bureau (and yes I

answered them...), so I know the bureau works.
