hard to understand. This is a normal website as billions of websites in the  
web...
I just tried it and it works well. Any setting problems on your browser or  
filter
settings?

There is a different address in the database of the german   authorities.
You can find all addresses of german Hams  at

http://ans.bundesnetzagentur.de/

Just click on "Rufzeichen"  and put in the call.
For DL8KWS it shows  Frank Jasper;  W.-Leffers-Str. 56; 18055 Rostock 
GERMANY.
And that is  different  from QRZ.com and Buckmaster. So may be he moved.
You should try an   email and ask for the correct address.
