Geez, if I could afford a nice radio and a nice variety of antennas to
work DX I certainly should be able to afford the cards from the
bureau.  And I guess if I couldn't afford the small amount (compared
to the radio(s) and antennas and all the accessories) ..... Well I
just would not participate in the bureau system and only get the cards
that I could afford to send for direct.
