I hope those DQ/DR qsls are simple cards and not heavy weight, double folds.
I worked 12 DR stations and 25 DQs (along with 150 plain DLs) during the
World Cup period.

The W2 buro is basically pay-for-weight (you subscribe and pay for units of
postage used). I recently spent 2 o my credits on 1 German, 2 Brazilian, 1
Belgian and 2 Slovenian (non-rare, non-warc, non-160m qsls). SEVEN CARDS!
This was because they were super-duper heavy card stock, beautifully printed
photo cards, in one instance a bi-fold. I could probably get 20 of the old
style cheapo qsls from the buro for the cost (to me) of these 7.

Guys! If you can afford these cards, send direct. Or have plain,
light-weight qsls to use through the buro. I qsl 100% and am always happy to receive
another. But let's be honest. Do I REALLY need another qsl from Germany for
20 meters? I don't think so (BUT for one of the 10 DL qsos on 12m for which
that I can't seem to get a card, that's another story). I don't know how qsl
managers handle it now. If I'm seeing my buro credits being eaten away by
this phenomenon, I can only imagine what it is costing them (and why some
managers no longer reply to buro cards).

Ah, but lest I forget to mention it, the NJDXA group does a great job
running the buro and are worth twice the price (kidding about that last part guys -
don't go raising fees!)
