I had thought I'd seen something on this before.  Did some research and 
found the following email from Steve, KU9C, and I quote:

Awaiting cards from the printer courtesy of Icom.  I'm still waiting for some log fills, and the yx0a/mm logs.  Depending on what comes first, I may be mailing the cards out in a 'different than normal manner'.  If a person sent just a sase...I'll wait till i have everything confirmed.  If more than a sase, i'll mail what I have, and mail the rest later.

Stay tuned to this channel...I'll let you know when they start going.

I've worked a couple on the list but only sent QSL's to KU9C for 
YX0LIX.  No reply yet but .  Suspect maybe the logs or cards are not yet 
available because when it comes to QSL Mgrs Steve is the best!
