They are qsling ALL contacts via the Buro 100 % regardless of wther the
other end want a card.

They just do not want any cards.

You can send direct if you wish, for a direct reply.

My point was that they will be flooding the Buro system with X hundred
thousand cards many of which will never reach their intended desination
