Having e mail does not automatically mean one has internet access. I have a 
good friend who corresponds with me from time to time via e mail. He has to 
constantly remind me that sending him a link or whatever is useless to him 
because he does NOT have net access, just e mail. Please take that into 
account before passing judgement. Nuff said
