Gents,

The below by no means is not related to any particular statement in the
list.

In my very humble opinion an IRC covers a postage of a letter to any other
country in the World.

An IRC costs quite differently in different countries, but it serves its
purpose everywhere regardless currency exchange rates, etc.

Can anybody explain me in clear plain language why some people require more
than 1 IRC for a single postage?

Rather rhetoric, but... OK, you can consider it just steaming off.
