[Dx-qsl] Any luck with these stations?

I've worked a couple on the list but only sent QSL's to KU9C for 
YX0LIX.  No reply yet but .  Suspect maybe the logs or cards are not yet 
available because when it comes to QSL Mgrs Steve is the best!
