[Dx-qsl] QSL help with V8SEA from 1999

I've got an email from Goto-san, JH3GAH,  in this morning in my time.
He says he has not been and is not a QSL  manager for V8SEA.
The information of K4UTE site must be wrong.

I  have sent another email to JA0AD at JARL.COM to ask any information
of V8SEA  QSL status or another route possibility.

I will write here again when I  receive his reply.
