Hi ED: The 2002 bulletins give I8ACB(not I2) as the QSL route for TY0T. 
See one of the informations:

425DXNews 605(Dec 7 2002)

QSL VIA I8ACB  ---> Ciro reports  that the QSL  cards for TY0T  and 
TY3M  are
being printed, please do not send duplicates.
