[Dx-qsl] VU4AN/VU3KIE and VU3RYF

Anybody have a definitive answer to who I should send to for VU3KIE 
(Jorma)? So far I've seen:

* Nothing on QRZ.com, ADXO or in the Ohio/Penn newsletter
* OH2BN (From Buckmaster, OZ7C + lots of DX Summit Spots)
* OH2KI (from the 425 List and the GO List)
* DL7DF (long-shot, from a DX Summit posting).

I'm inclined to go with OH2BN due to the number of spots but I'm 
holding on to it till I can find a definite answer.

As for VU3RYF, should this go via DL9MS direct or through one of the 
other German ops (Sigi or ??)

Unfortunately, both are clear as mud, alas.
