[Dx-qsl] RA0FW/P

No Phil,
I have the same problem here, Iam trying to get the card
of RA0FW/p in AS-149 and the envelope keeps being returned
back to me (unknown)...
I tryed the help of some other friends but no success...
so this one seems to be a "mission impossible" card to get.
