I tend to agree with that. But UJ8JA in 1993 was Tajikistan, not Uzbekistan, 
and a simple Google search proves that. Only around 1994 or so this prefix 
was re-assigned to Uzbekistan. UJ7T looks like a special event station which 
might be from both of the countries in 1994 but sorry, it more looks like a 
boosted call.
