[Dx-qsl] lonely Marion

if i remember correctly, it was activated a couple of  years ago by two 
non-dxpedition types, who then wanted a $5 "donation" for a qsl  (i think that's 
how much it was).  it ranks up there around #10 in the  most needed lists ( it's 
one of 8 i need on cw and need on every band  except 15m), so i think it's 
ripe for the picking.  maybe we can get roger  or nigel to drop in there for a 
while?
