[Dx-qsl] Info from W0 Bureau

Bill, K0DEQ has asked that the following info be posted to this list:

73, Fred, K3ZO

      I am the "D" and "V" sorter for the Zero QSL Bureau.   It would ease
burden on our files if DXers would take note of  the following:

           We receive large number of QSLs for WH0V but he does not have
any envelopes in our bureau and as far as I know requests need to be sent
direct to WH0V.   If any member of this reflector is in a position to get
this info to Japanese DXers please do so since dozens of cards are received
each month from JA stations for WH0V, all of which we have to discard.

           K0DQ has notified us that he will respond to direct QSL requests
but is not able to use the bureau at this time.  Of course, this includes
the many callsigns which Scott, K0DQ, has used from time to time.
