[Dx-qsl] Old TJ1FF Manager

DXers, I am trying to help a DX friend of mine in Europe with an old card
from TJ1FF he worked in 1985. He had the QSL manager as a W9, but after I
contacted the W9 we discovered he was the wrong person.
If anyone knows who the TJ1FF QSL manager was or who the operator himself
was please drop me a note.
