[Dx-qsl] Chasing VK0MT QSL from 2001 [VK4KMT]

Perhaps 4L1DA worked VK0KMT (Davis Base) which was indeed operated by Mark, 
VK4KMT in 2001. I don't think VK0MT was on the air in 2001. VK0MM was active 
at that time.
