7P8SR goes to his xyl and her address is on my web site.
If I remember correctly, Bernie w3ur got her the qsls and she wanted to
answer the cards.
I believe she has the log for all of his operations.

Subject: [Dx-qsl] More Routing Notes from W3 Bureau
Herewith continues a listing of mis-routing errors which cause continuing
problems for the ARRL Third Call Area Incoming QSL Bureau.
If any of the readers can correct the mis-information on web sites which
lead to these recurring problems, please do so.
-- AR3BP. I have no idea whether this is a legitimate station or not, but
in any event the AR prefix belongs to Pakistan, not the USA, and cards for
this one are routed to that Bureau. We also get cards for AM and AN prefix
stations; those prefixes belong to Spain, not the USA, and replacing the
"AM" or "AN" with "EA" gives you the correct routing. e.g. AM3RX is EA3RX;
AN4URE is EA4URE.
-- 9Y4VU. Former managers W3EVW and NY3Y are both silent keys now, so
9Y4VU handles his own cards. There is some question as to whether the
Trinidad & Tobago bureau is functioning, so my recommendation is to QSL
9Y4VU direct.
-- KH2/K3UY. These go to RA3AUU, not K3UY.
-- HR7XX. A pirate as far as I can tell. W3HNK knows nothing about this
one.
-- CO6XN. Manager N3ZOM does NOT accept bureau cards for this one.
QSL direct to N3ZOM.
-- 7P8SR and 5R8FK. The owner of these calls, NY3N became a Silent Key
tragically in a motorcycle accident in Bosnia. As far as I know the logs
are not available. If you never got a QSL for these calls I guess you're
out of luck. The Bureau cannot help you on this one.
-- VQ9LA is direct and NOT via W3PO.
-- PZ5RA is direct ONLY. K3BYV does NOT handle his cards.
-- ZP6/N3BNA and ZP9/N3BNA are via KA2AEV, NOT to his home call.
-- CU3DJ now handles his own cards. K3PD is NO LONGER the manager.
-- LZ9W is via LZ1ZD, NOT via AA3AX.
-- WP4U handles his own cards. AA3BG is NOT his manager.
-- HI8RV handles his own cards. K3EST has NOT been Chikin's manager for
many, many years.
-- KL7J has asked manager N3SL NOT to respond to any bureau cards.
-- VY1JA does have N3SL as his manager EXCEPT FOR Japan. Japanese hams
should get their VY1JA cards from JA3JM.
-- EA6AFE uses manager K3UW for stations OUTSIDE EUROPE only. For European
stations EC6FK handles EA6AFE QSLs.
-- EK6LF and EK1700LF are managed by DJ0LZ, NOT K3PD.
-- A61AJ's manager is now DJ2MX. W3UR is NO LONGER the manager for this
one.
-- ZC4RR licensee K3QII/WA0QII recently became a Silent Key. As far as I
know his logs are not available. Cards arriving in the Bureau for this one
are returned to the senders.
-- P29NB handles his cards himself. K3BYV is NOT the manager. My
understanding is that the Papua New Guinea bureau is not functioning, so
better go direct on this one.
