[Dx-qsl] TN4NW & 9Q5NW logs on LoTW

Recently, I took the time to convert the old logs of my operation 
from TN4NW & 9Q5NW during the late 80s to DXLab and then to upload 
the QSOs to Logbook of the World.

Anyone requiring a genuine wall board QSL for their QSO with me on 
one of those locations should still send their request with SASE or 
SAE +IRCs to K4TSJ.
