[Dx-qsl] CP4XB

I worked this station some years ago on 12 metres, still the only CP I
have in the log on 12 metres.

So far, cannot squeeze a QSL from him.

First tried via bur, no luck.

No info in QRZ, an address in Buckmaster, which I tried direct almost 11
montha ago, again with no luck. (Box 198,Tupiza,Bolivia).

Does anyone have an address that was good - I would appreciate the
assistance very much.
