[Dx-qsl] Help locating Spanish online callbook

The Spanish online callbook is no longer accessible via
http://www.deranet.net/cgi-bin/ea8arj.pl . Email sent to EA8ARJ at the
address given in the Buckmaster callbook are returned with "other error".

If you know the new URL for the Spanish callbook or know how to contact
EA8ARJ please send the information my way so I can update Pathfinder.
