For US callsigns, the FCC web site is a good source of address information.
You can search it using
http://www.arrl.org/fcc/fcclook.php3?call=aa6yq
(replace my callsign with the one you're hunting)
There are more than 100 sources of QSL information available on the web,
including QRZ.COM, the GoList, K4UTE, and many country-specific callbooks.
Octavia, for example, is great for ex-CIS countries; its available via
http://www.octavia.com ; OZ7C, IK3QAR, and others provide excellent sources.
You can track down all these URLs and re-enter your target callsign each
time, or you can download Pathfinder, which lets you enter a callsign once
and then click buttons to search different web sites. It determines the
callsign's DXCC entity and provides one button to search the online callbook
for that entity, if available. Pathfinder is free, and available via
www.qsl.net/dxlab . A web-based version of Pathfinder is available via
http://www.qsl.net/pathfinder/WebClient/ ; its less functional, but requires
no downloading or installation.

Most of the Dx qsl info world wide is incorrect. I think the best stateside
sites for correct info are the "Golist" QRZ and K4UTE.
