KH2 QSL buro does NEVER work for KH2/JA-Call-Sign type of operations.
You should use JARL QSL buro to his or her home JA-Call-Sign, if he or
she says buro is acceptable.

You might find two KH2/JA-Call-Sign stations on this weekend, KH2/7N4JZK
and KH2/JR4GPA.
7N4JZK, Mr. Cho, is my good friend, and I will tell him about your concern of
JR4GPA QSLing.
