I rec'd a email from Eugene today and he requested a cutoff date of 
Oct. 15th for submitting QSL's and donations for his operations. 
After Oct 15th we will email him with all the QSL particulars and he 
in turn will send a package of cards which we in turn will forward to 
you using the SASE you provide.
