For those of you needing a card for R0K/p or any operation Eugene, 
RZ3EC, has put on you can send your card along with SAE and any 
donation to one of the following.

K8SIX for U.S.
VE6VK for Canada
HA1AG for Europe
JA1QXY for Japan

The donations are going to be compiled and sent to Eugene via wire 
transfer which is extremely reliable. Eugene has experienced a huge 
mail theft problem and this is a way around that issue. The cutoff 
date is Oct. 1st at which time we will email him with the info and he 
will send us the cards which in turn we will forward to you using the 
SAE provided.

Please make sure your SAE is addressed to yourself from one the above 
as we are acting as a maildrop.
