Hi Bill,

  I was about to send 3rd request to Robert, but sent him an email [address
listed  on
QRZ.COM] and he got right back to me.  He asked me for the info of the QSO's
I was lacking from him, and sent them to me within 10 days from our
exchange, along
with some photos of his Island - Very nice.  I sent a return QSL to Robert
after
receiving his - to the address listed again @ QRZ.COM - so I suggest you
send
him an email 1st to see if he even got the requests, and go from there.  He
was
very quick to reply to me.  [His card that I received gave me 5 bands for
3B9
as I was needing the 20M confirmations on CW/RTTY there].
