[Dx-qsl] w7 qsl bureau

I sent Cory several emails at that address, along with emails to the 
head of the sorting bureau.  Apparently neither of
them has enough courtesy to even acknowledge receipt of my email, let 
alone answer my questions.
I'm thinking maybe a complaint to the ARRL, but I dont know how much 
sway the League has over the bureaus.
