Not sure where I got the manager of JA2IPA but a sae/irc's was not returned or successful.

I see a possible manager of UT7UA
I see another possible of UT5BW

Without opening myself to some interesting suggestions, can anyone tell where to go?

For the qsl I mean. :-))
