[Dx-qsl] UX2MM QSL advice?

  Does anyone have advice for obtaining QSLs from UX2MM?

  I've been trying for over 5 years to confirm QSOs with
EM0HQ and UX2MM.

  Emails to ux2mm at qsl.net haven't been answered and 2
direct requests to Box 59, Lisichansk, Ukraine haven't
worked.  The last one resulted in my empty self-addressed
envelope coming back without any return postage, so I
suspect I've been assisting the foreign postal workers.

  Is it time to give up on these?
