[Dx-qsl] Need QSL routes for CW5T DA0I & RU1A

I confirmed a '96 20m & a '98 15m QSO by sending to RU1AE.  (Note: On the
card it shows two QSL managers KC1WY & RU1AE.)  I know it went direct since
RU1AE underlined his call in the QSL manger info section.
