I got the 160m QSL OK after a second request (first one must have
disappeared in the Russian postal system !).

Anyone had any luck recently getting a 9K2MU card out of WA4JTK. ? I have
sent two requests for a 160m QSO but no reply. It used to be OK as I have
several 9K2MU cards from the past but there seems to be a problem now. I
emailed 9K2MU and he confirmed WA4JTK is his manager. Does anyone know him,
is there a problem ?

If they would put the logs on LOTW it would save the hassle.
