[Dx-qsl] help with 3E1A, HG3M, OM7JG 160m

Osten is correct about HP1/DJ7AA, but I was informed by the ARRL that 
3E1A is indeed going to be
good. Now all we need to do is get a card. I have sent emails with 
return receipt to DJ7AA but no answer
yet. I am hoping they come out by the first of the year.
