[Dx-qsl] V51AS best method to obtain?

If you check  www.buck.com  (Buckmaster) you will
find that V51AS wants QSL as registered mail, this
is not mentioned on  www.qrz.com  I suppose that
"recorded delivery" is some sort of registered mail, 
but we don't have that here in Sweden.
