Thanks for your reply Alan and others also. I sent $2 US GS with
self-address envelope. I sent Gil an email yesterday requesting qsl info.,
am awaiting reply. Postal service could be unreliable in the Philippines.

If you sent Gil a SASE with U.S. postage stamp(s) he won't be able to use
it. He is in the Philippines and has no access to an U.S. Post Office or an
APO/FPO facility. You might have to wait for my next trip to DU Land when I
bring back BURO cards from some of the various groups there for me to
forward to the ARRL for them.
